Genesis 36 | Forgotten by men, remembered by God

January 8, 2017 Speaker: Sam Ford Series: GOD MEANT FOR GOOD | Genesis 36-50

Topic: Old Testament Passage: Genesis 36:1– 37:1

Even though Jacob is the one God loves, he has no vast kingdom and no army to defend it. But Jacob has a few things that Esau desperately needs. One might argue that Esau’s ambition is driven by a desire to obtain the very things that Jacob has been given by God. God has given Jacob an identity, a purpose, and a direction. Jacob has been given answers to the greatest questions everyone who is every born seeks answers to: WHO I AM, WHY AM I HERE, and HOW SHOULD I LIVE.
