For reasons known only to God, some of our greatest tests of faith come when things are going “good”. It is difficult to imagine, especially in the midst of what we view as the best of situations, that God may have something better in store for us. But the beginning of Genesis 21 teaches us what it means to let go of God’s good and prepare for God’s greater.
